Mark your calendars for our annual Scholastic Book Fair.  This is such a wonderful way to support the school and purchase books for your family! Look for more information coming home soon, and in the newsletters.

Dinner:  September 24th

Join us September 24 from 5pm - 7pm for our Book Fair dinner! Bush families will enjoy a Mediterranean meal from Phoenicia in the cafeteria. 

This is also a great time to shop at our Book Fair located in the multipurpose room.  We look forward to seeing you there!

Join us for a Spirit Night at Sylvia's Enchilada Kitchen!  When you dine in or carry out on September 19 from 5 pm until closing, the PTO will receive 10% back!  Be sure to bring in the flyer when you order.  Flyers will go home September 18.  

Sylvia’s has requested a headcount so they can accurately staff the event.  Please RSVP if you plan to attend!

Update Your Account Information

Please take a moment to log in to your account here, on the PTO website, and add your student’s teacher name.  This is important as it helps us deliver any items that you purchase throughout the year.  If you have not updated your other information this year, please do that as well.   You can add teacher names or update any information on your Family Information form found on the Dashboard.

In addition to accessing our website at www.BBEpto.com, you can also access the site through an app for iOS or Android.  The app allows you to receive push notifications instead of emails and allows for a smoother mobile experience. You can find the app by searching for “Membership Toolkit” in your app store.  Enter the same login information that you use on our website.  If you have a student at Westbriar or another school that uses the same app, you can easily toggle between the schools on the app.

Annual Donation Drive 

Annual Donation Drive will be replacing Boosters campaign this year.

Our 'Annual Donation Drive' Fundraising Campaign  makes it easy for families to help our school. Instead of selling items like wrapping paper or cookie dough, families and friends can make a one time donation and 100% of the amount goes directly to our school. Donate here.

Support the PTO and join as a PTO Member! Membership does NOT require any volunteer commitment. Your membership includes access to the online family directory, invitations to PTO Board Meetings and the voting rights for specific PTO items.  Join by October 4 to help us reach our goal!

If you would like to volunteer your time this year on campus or at school-sponsored events, please make sure to get your VIPS (Volunteers in Public Schools) certification.
